Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding agreement for residency, care services, pricing, or availability unless confirmed in a separate, fully executed Residency Agreement.
3. Eligibility & User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your state of residence
- If acting on behalf of another person, you have the legal authority to do so
- You will use the Site only for lawful purposes
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
4. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, videos, virtual tour content, logos, icons, interfaces, code, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to United Legacy and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Availability, pricing, care levels, and amenities are subject to change at any time without notice. The specific terms of any residency are governed solely by a fully executed Residency Agreement.
8. Online Payments & Third-Party Processors
Where the Site offers online payment functionality, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. United Legacy does not store, transmit, or directly process full payment card data. Any deposit, application fee, or other payment made through the Site does not guarantee placement or reserve a specific unit unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.
9. Virtual Tours & Digital Tools
The Site may offer virtual tours, 360-degree views, interactive floor plan tools, cost calculators, and care-level matching features. These digital tools are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. Representations are approximate and may not reflect the exact condition, configuration, or availability of any specific unit at the time of inquiry or move-in.
10. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, United Legacy disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNITED LEGACY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
In no event shall United Legacy’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to United Legacy in connection with the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the applicable claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless United Legacy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and shareholders from any claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any User Content you submit, your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first notify United Legacy of the Dispute by emailing legal@unitedlegacyrc.com with the subject line “Dispute Notice,” and to attempt to resolve the Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Step 2 — Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Plano, Texas or, at your election, by telephone or video conference.
Exceptions
Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court or seek emergency injunctive relief in court without waiving arbitration rights.
14. Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
